We work to fixed prices by property size — studios from £175, one-beds from £225, two-beds from £295, three-beds from £355. The exact figure depends on bathrooms and condition, which is why we confirm a fixed quote in writing before we start.

We take a £55 deposit to secure your date. As soon as we finish your clean, the remaining balance needs to be paid. You can pay via a Revolut payment link — which accepts credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay — or by bank transfer. Cash is also accepted if needed.
