If anything within your booked scope has been missed, tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll come back and re-clean the areas in question at no extra cost. The guarantee covers what was missed at completion — not areas used or re-soiled afterwards — and it covers re-cleaning, not refunds. Simple, fair, and honest both ways.

Fixed prices by size: studios from £125, one-beds from £165, two-beds from £225, three-beds from £275. Your exact price depends on bathrooms and condition — and you'll see it instantly in our quote form before booking anything.
Most of a day. We only take two homes a day, so yours gets however long it needs — the price never changes with the clock.
A one-off clean brings every room back to fresh. A deep clean goes further: built-up limescale, inside cupboards and drawers, fridge and freezer, skirting boards washed. If it's been a while, deep is usually the right call.
On deep cleans the oven is a £45 add-on — racks, glass and trays, the same full oven treatment from our end of tenancy cleans — so you only pay for it when you need it. Fridge and freezer are always included.

We take a £55 deposit to secure your date. As soon as we finish your clean, the remaining balance needs to be paid. You can pay via a Revolut payment link — which accepts credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay — or by bank transfer. Cash is also accepted if needed.
